The manufacturing process at UAC is fully integrated. The production cycle begins with high-grade polypropylene resin which is converted into yarn; this yarn is then woven into fabric which is then finally sewn to produce FIBC’s (Jumbo bags).
Efficient production is achieved utilizing the most modern advanced equipment currently available within the market. The product is manufactured with the highest quality standards: Starlinger Austria, the world market leaders in the field of machinery and process technology for woven plastic sack production, and the know-how for FIBC, container liner and Flexi Tank conversion is provided by Storsack, the world’s largest producer of FIBCs with over 4000 customers in 79 countries.

Quality will always be of the highest priority within UAC. All of its employees are a fully focused on customer satisfaction. UAC has a complete in house quality control which is equipped with the latest technology from Starlinger. To ensure that only the best quality is delivered, a Starlinger FIBC test rig is available in house.
In-house waste is recycled in an extrusion recycling process on recycling lines also supplied by Starlinger. UAC is a member of the European Flexible Inter mediate Bulk Container Association (EFIBCA).
All of its products are tested and certified by Europe’s major independent testing institutes. UAC is capable of producing a large variety of big bags in its clean room for both food and pharmaceutical industries alike.
