Establishing a Dedicated Council for Employees with Disabilities

The Chairman briefed attendees on the outcomes of a special meeting held with the Vice Chairman, the representative of employees with disabilities, and the Human Resources Director regarding the creation of a dedicated higher council with a defined role to help employees with disabilities develop their career paths and enable them to work in an environment suited to them and to their needs.

The relevant departments welcomed the idea as a step toward developing and improving the work environment, and expressed their readiness to work within this council in light of its objectives to serve employees with special abilities.

It was decided to establish a dedicated council for employees with disabilities, to be responsible for all related affairs of employees with disabilities and to report directly to the Chairman.
