What are PP woven bags?
PP woven bags are made from polypropylene yarn woven into a strong, lightweight fabric, which is then cut, sewn and finished into sacks or bulk bags. The fabric resists tearing and puncturing, and it can be printed with your brand and product information.
Two finishes cover most needs. Laminated bags add a layer that improves moisture resistance, strength and puncture resistance, which makes them the usual choice for food products, chemicals and animal feed. Unlaminated bags let air circulate and prevent moisture build-up, and they are the cost-effective option for agricultural produce, construction materials and retail goods.

Container liners
High-strength woven polypropylene liners that turn standard 20 ft and 40 ft containers into bulk carriers for grains, chemicals, minerals and food-grade products.
Flexitanks
Flexible tanks installed in standard shipping containers, holding up to 24,000 litres of edible oils, juices and non-hazardous liquids.
Dunnage bags
Reusable air bags in polyethylene or polypropylene with a co-extruded PE inner film. They fill the voids between loads and stop cargo moving in trucks, ships and railcars.

Quality and certifications
Quality control runs in three stages: material inspection, in-process inspection and final control. Raw materials are checked for technical specifications, strength and UV content; yarn is tested for width and strength; woven fabric is tested for width, weight, weave density and warp and weft strength. Our laboratory, equipped by Starlinger, includes a dedicated FIBC test rig, and one bag in every 20 is tested on it.
Each bag carries a unique code that traces it back to the sewing operator and the resin used. Food-grade bulk bags are made in a clean room with epoxy-coated surfaces, air showers, stainless-steel equipment and heat-cut sewing, and every bag is vacuum-cleaned.

We source raw materials from local producers such as SABIC, take part in the Ministry of Industry's Future Factories initiative, and worked with the Ministry and SABIC to move cement packaging from paper to plastic bags.
