Food-Grade Woven Bags for Sugar, Flour and Grains

Bags we supply for food products
- Laminated PP woven sacks: 5 to 50 kg, with the moisture resistance and puncture strength food products need, printed with your brand and product information. Used for flour, sugar, rice, spices and grains.
- Valve bags: self-closing valve bags for flour, sugar and spices on automatic, high-speed filling lines.
- Food-grade FIBCs: bulk bags for sugar, flour, grains and food ingredients, made in our clean room.
- Container liners: liners for 20 ft and 40 ft containers that ship grains and food-grade dry bulk safely and hygienically.
Clean-room production for food-grade bulk bags
Food-grade bulk bags are made in a dedicated clean room. The room is coated with antibacterial, antistatic epoxy paint. Trained staff wear sterile garments and pass through air showers, and all equipment is stainless steel. Sewing machines use heat-cutting units so no loose thread edges remain. Every finished bag is vacuum-cleaned and, when the customer specifies it, enclosed in a polyethylene bag before baling.
